Advent Vespers at The Well · The Chapel · 5 p.m.
You’re invited to join us at The Well to experience the mystery and beauty of this ancient service as we journey through Advent together. Through ritual, prayer, and an entirely sung worship liturgy designed by Mark Morgan and David Clark, we’ll enter deeply into the spirit and tone of the Advent Season. The River Rock Band and special guests will accompany us on our journey.

Blue Christmas · The Chapel · 7 p.m.
Our Blue Christmas Service creates space for people who are grieving – grieving transitions, a relationship change, the death of a dream, or if you’re just feeling blue. During this short service there will be scripture reading, a contemporary reading, prayer, and an invitation to light a candle in memory or honor of what is being grieved. We will also offer prayer and anointing to know God’s peace.

Advent Noontime Concert featuring Ian Watson playing the Harpsichord · The Sanctuary · 12 p.m.
Join us on Wednesdays at noon during Advent for free, 30 minute concerts in The Sanctuary. Each week will feature a different roster of talented musicians led by our organist, Ian Watson in informal concerts for the whole community. Take a break from your day and come enjoy some live music.

Together we process with gifts for The Christmas Shop as we sing carols accompanied by the choir, brass, timpani, and organ. Stay for the annual Mission Fair organized by our Mission and Justice Team.

A Celtic Ensemble led by Shannon & Matt Heaton and fiddler Ellery Klein returns for our annual Celtic Christmas Celebration on Sunday December 22. This service is followed by a walk-on pageant and potluck.

Candlelight Lessons and Carols with the River Rock Band · The Sanctuary · 11 p.m.
Come and hear the full story of Christ’s birth through listening to scripture and singing carols. Our traditional 5 p.m. service includes carols accompanied by the Chancel Choir, organ, and timpani. At 8 p.m., come and hear a vocal ensemble and harp draw us into the mystery of Christmas. For our final service of the night at 11 p.m., the River Rock Band leads in acoustic, contemporary takes on traditional carols. We close every service in candlelight.
