Lent/Advent Concerts

Mass Cultural Council Logo

We are pleased to present free, 30 minute noontime concerts during the seasons of advent (December) and Lent (Late February-March). These concerts are generously supported by Creative Experiences grant from the Massachusetts Cultural Council.

Our noontime concerts feature a wide array of classical music–organ, piano, early music, individual instrumentalists, singers, and more. Our December line up will be posted here in November 2025!

Candlelight Garden Concerts

A beautiful summer night outside in our beautiful courtyard memorial Garden–a perfect place to take in a night of music! Our Candlelight Garden Concerts will return in summer 2026 on Wednesday evenings at 7:30. The music varies wildly–this past season featured a celtic trio, a lute/guitar and recorder duo, and a singer/songwriter acoustic night. Look for our 2026 season to be posted in late spring 2026!

Hancock Holiday Handbell Concert

Our holiday tradition is back as our 5 octave bell choirs perform a wide range of music for the Christmas season, followed by Christmas caroling and hot chocolate around the firepit outside! Due to construction, this year’s concert will be held in Clark Hall. A festive holiday tradition for the whole family!

A Joyful Noyse

Our resident early music ensemble performs concerts at the church each year. The group focuses on liturgical music from the 16th -18th centuries, played on period instruments. Stay tuned for details on this years’ shows.
