Welcome to the 5th season of our Harmony on the Green Coffeehouse Concerts! We have another great line up of local and national artists coming to perform great shows for us this season. Our ticket prices are still affordable–just $25 (plus fees), with a “pay what you can” option so that everyone can come and enjoy a night of live music!
Harmony on the Green is funded in part by a grant from the Lexington Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.

Singer Songwriter Ari Hest
A Grammy nominated singer/songwriter(best folk album, 2017) who began his career two decades ago, Ari Hest has performed both in the U.S. and abroad with artists like The Indigo Girls, Martin Sexton, Judy Collins and Suzanne Vega. Many of Ari’s songs have appeared on TV and film – The Path, The Lincoln Lawyer, Private Practice, Army Wives, and One Tree Hill to name a few.

Folk Legend Reggie Harris
Reggie Harris is a singer-songwriter, storyteller and world-renowned song-leader who is a powerful interpreter of the global music narrative. A passionate, engaging inspirational entertainer and concert artist Reggie is recognized for focusing new energy on the important role of music in the discourse for inclusion and the struggle for human rights using the lessons of history as a base. As an expert on the music of the Underground Railroad and the Modern Civil Rights Movement he is at home on stage as performer, lecturer or leading discussion in seminars or in the classroom. Known for over 40 years as one-half of the eminently prominent duo, Kim & Reggie Harris, Reggie continues to criss-cross the country, carrying the message of joy, unity, tolerance and peace through the powerful medium of live music. Reggie remains in high demand for concerts, schools, University residencies, community-building, festivals and teaching workshops.

Floyds Row
An eclectic mix of English traditional, early music, and contemporary folk Floyds Row is a unique band with a unique repertoire and sound. Founded in 2012 in Oxford, UK by Chris Ferebee (mandolin, guitar & cittern), Alistair Anderson (English concertina & Northumbrian pipes), Andrew Arceci (viola da gamba & double bass), Floyds Row has developed into a folk-classical collective, pulling from early, folk, and classical idioms. What began as an Oxford-based project has blossomed into a touring ensemble on notable stages across the UK and U.S., with a critically appreciated album that merges chamber elegance with folk resonance. The name “Floyds Row” comes from a historic street in Oxford that runs beside the Faculty of Music of the University of Oxford.

Rachel Sumner and Traveling Light
Blending bluegrass, folk, and close three-part harmony, Rachel Sumner and Traveling Light pairs virtuosic musicianship with fearless storytelling, creating concerts that are as entertaining as they are thought-provoking.Their songs wander through labor history, folklore, the American West, and the lives of women history has too often overlooked. Again and again, they hold the past up like a mirror, asking what it still has to teach us today. They won the 2025 Telluride Bluegrass Band Contest, and Sumner is also a winner of the Kerrville New Folk Competition. She has performed at the Library of Congress, where five of her original songs are preserved in the American Folklife Center archives, and her songwriting has been recognized by the John Lennon Songwriting Contest.

Opening Night with Nicolas Emden and Jerry Martinez
We’re bringing back two of the artists who really impressed us when they performed an opening act for us. Here we’re giving them the main stage for the night.
Nicolás Emden is a talented multi-instrumentalist, composer, singer, and songwriter, hailing from Chilean Patagonia. His music navigates the waters of pop, rock, and South American folk, creating a distinctive South Americana indie folk rock sound, with evocative Spanish lyrics.
Jerry Martinez has been active in the local (and not so local) music scene for over 4 decades. He is a songwriter, guitarist, and singer steeped in the Americana, Singer/Songwriter, Blues, and Folk traditions. Over the years he has developed a unique synthesis of these art-forms and blended them into a powerful writing style that aims for the heart.

Barnaby Bright
Barnaby Bright is a Kansas City based, alt-Americana trio that has mastered the ability to spin storytelling into sonic treasures. From love songs to murder ballads and deeply relatable lyrics, all set to the backdrop of three-part harmonies, virtuosic guitar & fiddle-playing and heart-melting vocals, the mostly commonly uttered phrase after a BB show seems to be, “that was a spiritual experience.”

Tom Chapin
The legendary Tom Chapin has a career that spans six decades, 28 albums and three GRAMMY awards. A Hudson Valley Troubadour, Tom Chapin has covered an incredible amount of creative ground. In addition to his work as a recording artist, concert performer, storyteller and activist, he’s performed on Broadway and worked extensively in television, radio and film.
