
Lent is a sacred season in the life of the church — a time to slow down, reflect honestly, and turn our hearts toward God. Beginning on Ash Wednesday and continuing through Palm Sunday, we invite you to journey with Hancock Church through these forty days of prayer, repentance, and renewal.

Rise Against Hunger, March 8, 2026
Sunday, Mar 8 in the Dining Room at 11:30am – 2:00pm
Community members of all ages are invited to join a volunteer day with Rise Against Hunger, an organization working worldwide to provide emergency hunger relief and support long-term food security initiatives. Together, we will work to pack twelve THOUSAND nutritional meals to send to a community in crisis. Spread the word to friends and neighbors . . . all are welcome!

Holy Week & Easter at Hancock Church
Easter is more than one Sunday—it’s a season of worship, reflection, and celebration. Hancock Church invites you and your family to experience Holy Week through a variety of meaningful services, from Palm Sunday and Maundy Thursday to Easter morning worship and a fun Easter Egg Hunt. Whether you join us for one service or all of them, you are welcome here.

Palm Sunday Worship

Maundy Thursday

On Maundy Thursday, we gather to remember the Last Supper and Jesus’ command to love one another. This meaningful service invites us into reflection, prayer, and communion as we prepare our hearts for Good Friday.

Our Good Friday service is a time of quiet worship and reflection on Christ’s sacrifice. Through scripture, prayer, and music, we pause to remember the depth of God’s love shown on the cross.
