Harriet Lindeman
Director of Youth Ministry & Outreach
Harriet Lindeman is grateful to be joining the Hancock Church team as Director of Youth Ministry and Outreach.
Harriet grew up in New York (first city, then state), went to college in Southern California (Scripps!), and has called the Boston area home since 2017. She completed a Master of Divinity in 2024, focusing at the intersection of spirituality and social justice movements. Work with youth has been a source of grounding and joy all along the way, from time as a camp counselor/ director in the Hudson Valley, to work with non-profit youth programs and the church school at Memorial Church in Cambridge. She takes pride in her time working with families as a babysitter and nanny, too!
Harriet is energized by building intentional community, cooking and sharing food, endlessly rereading and rewatching her favorite books and movies, sing-alongs, and trying to center love and justice in this beautiful and messy world. She can’t wait to get to know you (and your pets if they can visit).
